[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] RICH installation

Hi all,
today the RICH has been transported in Hall B and has been attached to 
the LTCC strong back. The installation in CLAS will be completed 
tomorrow morning.
The cabling has been also started.
The detector was temporarily connected to the hall nitrogen supply to 
keep the aerogel safe. Two sensors close to the aerogel were also 
connected. The internal humidity is smoothly going down from the initial 
6% level.
