[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH II Aergel dry-tent for the smaller front panel

Hi Patrizia and Marco,

Mindy and I have completed assembly of the smaller Aerogel dry-tent. Both dry tents are in the back corner of the clean-room and are ready for use.
