[dsg-hallb_rich] All sensors connected to for RICH-II hardware interlocks

Hello,

Today, we connected all sensor cabling to the RICH-II hardware interlocks.

The remaining ten cables for the electronic panel were left next to the assembly frame on each side in a box.

For the nitrogen volume, all cables were connected to the feedthroughs on the detector shell.

There is one cable not connected to a sensor board (the ones with temperature and humidity 47 and 48) because that sensor board is on the frontal panel that is not yet installed.

I can also see there are two sensor PCBs that are having communication problems. We will resolve those in the next day or so.
