Hi Valery,
Figured I'd send a more detailed update for the RICH sector 4 N2 volume humidity sensors:
In the hall, everything appeared to be fine and the 5 V power supply was operating correctly, so I swapped the NI-9205 ADC module used to read the humidity sensors and rebooted the system.
It had no effect.
It also seems like there may be a network conflict with that cRIO since its writing to EPICS fine, but I cannot remotely access the cRIO.
If the cRIO's network capabilities or its network switch had failed, it wouldn't communicate at all to EPICS, so I'm hopeful it's something relatively simple to fix.
I've reached out to Sergey Boyarinov to see if he is able to find a conflict since he's who I've talked to in the past to get cRIOs added to the Hall B subnet.
If after hearing back from Sergey, the cRIO still has remote access issues and/or the humidity sensors still aren't back to normal, the next step would be to swap the cRIO chassis since the slot reading the NI-9205 ADC module might have an issue.
Swapping the cRIO will require a new EPAS since it's more than de-energized diagnostics.
The accelerator calendar says that the next maintenance day is Wednesday June 18, so I'll plan to swap cRIO chassis on that day.
