[dsg-hallb_rich] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: RICH S1 airflow/pressure interlock error

RICH Sector 1 airflow #1, airflow #2, air pressure, and nitrogen flow measurements all dropped to zero.

Chris Dilks and I swapped the expansion chassis responsible for reading those sensors with a spare; no effect.
We then swapped all modules in the expansion chassis; still no effect.

Since time was running out before beam returning, we returned the system to the state with airflow #1, airflow #2, and air pressure still at zero.
These interlocks have all been disabled using the EPICS screen.

To still be able to monitor the nitrogen purge flow for Sector 4 remotely, only that flow meter has been temporarily moved to another cRIO and has the PV:   B_DET_RICH_INTLK_N2FLOW2


The plan moving forward is:
- prepare an additional spare expansion cRIO for Sector 1 
- next access period install this prepared spare
