The cRIO chassis for the RICH S4 nitrogen volume hardware interlocks has been swapped for a spare to restore humidity sensor monitoring.
Swapping the cRIO chassis successfully restored the nitrogen volume humidity sensors.

After the system was back online, the interlock relay was successfully tested to verify that the cRIO disables detector HV and LV upon an interlock.

The network info for the cRIO now in the hall is:
