[dsg-hallb_rich] Swapping RICH S4 N2 volume cRIO

Hello,

Since today’s an accelerator maintenance day and Hall B is open, I will swap the cRIO chassis to restore S4’s humidity sensor readback.

If the detector is on once I’m down in the hall, I’ll turn it off for the work.
