Hi Walt,

I'm available anytime except Wednesday from 1 to 3:30. I also am planning to go visit W&M on Thursday in the afternoon. Other than that, I am available. Is tomorrow at 9:30 ok?

Hey Marc:

I've been in discussions with Sebastian and Stepan regarding where the work will be
conducted.  MOst likely, it will be in the rear of EEL-125 (clean room service area),
so that the has exhaust can be channeled through an existing port in the wall.

I'll be happy to walk through the area with you at your convenience.

Once complete, the plan/procedures should be submitted to Ed Folts (Physics Division Safety Officer), who can then further assist by informing you of the safety documentation, training, and approvals which will need to be completed prior to delivery and/or set up. In addition to Ed, Walt Akers (Physics Division Project Management) should be contacted in order to coordinate a suitable testing area in the EEL.

I am planning another meeting for the end of February to discuss plans for Gas Controls development, in the interim I will contact Carlos in order to arrange a DSG visit to check the progress of the gas panel at W&M. If possible, could you provide a status for the installation/testing plan during the meeting, I am tentatively planning to meet on 2/28 if all parties are available.
