[Dsg-rtpc] RTPC gas system valve panel test setup diagrams for the EEL

Dear all,

here are a couple of comments on the drawings:
1) For the testing of the panel: Should we just use N2 gas for all tests?
2) For the testing with RTPC (“GEM” should be replaced with “RTPC”): The bottle labeled N2 gas should of course be 4He gas. We should probably also draw a 2nd box (where the blue and dashed green lines meet) and label it “DMS” so we know where the DMS goes.
Other than that, it is my understanding that all we have to agree upon is the set point (and max range) for the pressure reducers PR1 and PR3 (which should be as low as possible but above the minimum allowable threshold for the MFC1 in the case of PR1) and the relieve valves RV1 and RV2 (which should be set substantially higher so we don’t have a creeping gas loss). I don’t see any further issues, but I added a few more people to the cc who might want to add to this.

There are 2 diagrams.

The first is for leak checking, completing pressure systems requirements, and verifying the MFC and pressure transducers operate properly.

The second diagram shows a  GEM detector (Gas Electron Multiplier) installed to test the electronics.
