Yuri,

It looks like the current OSP doesn't have a diagram, so there's nothing to update on that front.

You might want to talk to someone in safety (Bert? Ed?) to see if you actually need to resubmit the OSP.

The section Marc quoted makes it sound like you might not need to revise the OSP (assuming the new ODH calculation doesn't bump up the hazard), but it isn't clear to me on how you would include this new calculation in the current OSP either.
