[dsg-svt] SVT R3 HFCB temperature

I've noticed that the SVT R3 11B temperature is reading high again. 
It could be that the connection that is causing this higher temperature is inaccessible or on HFCB itself. 
The voltage from the temperature sensor is 1.65V. It should be ~ 2.02V.
