[Dsg-hallc_controls] UPS status

Okay.

I'm not sure why it didn't lock when the magnet was at the higher current, but it also didn't seem to stay there very long so I'm not sure what else the magnet was doing then.

I did see it briefly lock while the magnet was ramping down, but by time I had changed the code to take more samples it was already at to low of a current.

Since the dipole current is already below where the probe will lock at I don't think we'll be able to do anything useful with the NMR until the next time it is powered up (will that be done before the run starts?).
