One can look at the following epics variable for the HMS NMR reading.
ecDI_B_True_NMR
The field appears to be locked in now.

Short of connecting to that PLC, no.
Should I also be writing to the controller tag Steve created on the HMS PLC as well?
Since we don't have access to the HMI screens I don't know what the field the PT2025 is reporting (EPICS only has the dipole current), but currently the PT2026 has 1.4442039 T with the last 2 digits bouncing around, but it's staying pretty close to 40 (low of 36, high of 46 for the short time I was watching the tag).
