aaron,
i think you should have some more details

analysis you are going to do.

  1.  the average voltage over all the cards and the SDOM which george is expected to do.
  2.  the current stability part
  3.  the trip tests and analysis thereof

measurement of the resistor values with the keithley meter

in terms of issues that are fixed you may wish to mention the firmware updates repitita iuvant
also repeat the cards that didn't work (i.e. channels in cards that were messed up)

under environmental monitoring, you should mention pete  is researching the appropriate sensor for the radiation area.
perhaps peter could address this issue.

do not commit to any time frames
if push comes to shove let them know you'll discuss the matter with me
