[Dsg-hallc_nps] [EXTERNAL] Wiener LV control software?

Hi Brad,

Depending on what you need to do there are two completely different suites of software you can use.

The one from Wiener: MUSEControl (I've only used this via USB) that has access to all the parameters of the LV modules. https://file.wiener-d.com/software/MUSEcontrol/

The one from iseg: isegControl2 (I've only used this via network; it uses SNMP to communicate) that has some of the LV parameters (at least voltage, current, on/off) but not everything. https://iseg-hv.com/download/?dir=SOFTWARE/isegControl2

I think for what you're trying to do the latter program is the better choice, as for sure it works in Linux (I suspect that's what cdaql3 is running based on the hostname). I think the former is Windows only?

There's a manual for the iseg software at that link as well, let me know if there's any questions/issues.

Hi guys,

Do you have the Wiener 'MPOD' low voltage control software installed on
cdaql3? If so, can you email me some instructions on how to run it.

(There is no need for it to be perfect at this time. I just need some
way to set voltages on that crate to begin PMT tests in EEL/108.)
