Hi Aaron,

The most critical thing is PV support for at least the V_meas and I_meas
values for an alarm handler.

I had understood that there was a pre-existing MPOD GUI on-site that
could be easily adapted.  If not, I would put that at the bottom of the
to-do list.  As long as we have a working alarm handler, we can
get away with a combination of the MPOD Web interface and the iSeg
software for visual monitoring and controls.
