[Dsg-hallc_nps] HV interlock

For the NPS detector in EEL 108

Can someone describe the HV interlocks to prevent users from inadvertently destroying the PMTs ?

I recall that there is a switch on the front door, but I don't know how that gets connected to the HV crate(s).
In the meantime, many cables were disconnected.

Also, would it be easy to make a chain to put around the detector to effectively lock it ?  So that only a few people could unlock and make a light-leak.  You can imagine, this was a Bogdan W idea.  We'd need to specify it a little more accurately.
