I believe there are two switches on the door.  One is an 'on/off' for
the internal lights, the second is used to interlock the HV.

The door is interlocked to the HV crates through the 'safety loop' pin
built into the HV cables (and tied together at the HV panel on the top
of the NPS chassis.
