[Dsg-hallc_nps] DSG R&D Phoebus Alarm System Meeting Minutes

Hi Everyone,

The DSG has a bi-weekly Phoebus R&D meeting to discuss the progress of the project.

A few highlights:

  1.  A test system is being developed that will consist of a softIOC, an EPICS IOC user interface, the Phoebus alarm system, and the alarm system user interface
  2.  A new alarm system softIOC is being developed to simulate all NPS PVs (over 2000 elements)
  3.  Alarm control and monitoring Phoebus screens to control the softIOC and the alarm system will be developed
