[Dsg-hallc_nps] Keysight mainframe remote power controller

Hi All,

The remote power controller for the Keysight mainframe has arrived.
A quick reminder - this power controller will allow the Keysight mainframe to be power cycled remotely (at the moment, the Keysight is plugged into the remote power controller for the electronics zone chiller).
A 120-ft long relay cable is required and has been fabricated.
So, this unit can be installed during the next scheduled maintenance day, or really whenever there is sufficient down time with hall access.

Let me know when a good time to install this would be.
We're going to need an electrical outlet and someone to run the cable to the NPS cRIO in the SHMS hut.
