[Dsg-hallc_nps] [New Logentry] Remote power controller installed

Installed the remote power controller for the Keysight multiplexer mainframe.
This makes it so that the mainframe can be power cycled remotely if necessary.
Each chiller was plugged into it's own remote power controller; however, there wasn't an additional outlet available close enough to the mainframe.
So, both chillers have been plugged into the same remote power controller for the time being freeing up an outlet for the mainframe's remote power controller.

Tested remotely power cycling the mainframe with no issues.
