[Dsg-hallc_nps] [New Logentry] Reboot of NPS Keysight Mainframe

Rebooted Keysight mainframe and restarted thermal readback LabVIEW program (it has to be done in this order).
After restarting the program, noticed that the averages for some of the front crystal temperatures were not updating.
Checked the LabVIEW code and noticed that the array that contains the number of points to average for the first 28 front crystal temperatures had changed to an array of one element.
This meant that there was no averaging for 27 of the 56 front crystal temperatures.
I fixed the code (but I still don't know how this was changed) and restarted the program a second time.
All issues fixed and running as expected.
