[Dsg-hallc_nps] NPS temperature GUI

Hi Carlos,

I have fixed the indicator. It should now show up green on your GUI.
For some reason, one of the PVs for the screen is not being read properly by LabVIEW which caused the indicator to turn red.
I've updated the indicator in both LabVIEW and the GUI, so there should be no problems anymore.
