[Dsg-hallc_nps] [New Logentry] Recovered Keysight Mainframe

Was contacted by Julie Roche yesterday because the Keysight mainframe was not scanning any of the multiplexers, so no temperatures were updating.
Attempted to power cycle the mainframe remotely, but was unable.
Julie and I made an access to the hall this morning and I attempted to power cycle the mainframe again, but this did not resolve the issue.
Updated the mainframe's firmware, and that resolved the issue.
The multiplexers are being scanned and the temperatures are updating as usual.
