[Eesic] Power Work for Tomorrow

I just had a conversation with Shawn about tomorrow's power outage.
Looks like Facilities will be powering down E5 and SAB at about 9am in the morning. The outage should last 1 hour. We have several camac crates that will need to be powered down before power is restored. Note**** E5 will require an SRPD for entry.

Once E5/SAB is restored, they will be moving to NL2. Shawn is working through the breaker schedules to determine locations that will be affected.
Cryo has requested the following sequence:


  1.    Cryo will secure their systems (remote to local??).
  2.    Cryo will contact I&C (Windham) to begin powering down IOCs and camac crates.
  3.    Once power is restored, we will power up camac then IOCs and ensure communications are up.
