[Eg6_analysis] Calibration cooking

Hello Mohammad,

HROOT with TPCC will have all raw info about all hits in all reconstructed
tracks.  Lamiaa's tcl that was attached does have the "ltpcc_nt_do" flag,
which will turn on the TPCC variables in the ntuple.
