Dear All,

For those coming to Fermilab next week, Mandy, the FTBF manager/coordinator (cc'd here) wanted to make sure that all of us has a badging appointment set up once we arrive on site. I believe you can use the QR code in the informal invitation that was emailed to you to get on site initially.

Here's the link to make an appointment: ESH&Q Event Calendar (fnal.gov)<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www-2Desh.fnal.gov_pls_default_event-5Fcalendar.pick-5Fdate-3Fthis-5Fevent-5Fid-3D1467&d=DwIF-g&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=0VBdOvqL6z81ORln2nJUCLdQ71K5DZBpevuC59uaEF4&m=gxyVbs2JBKNYBYYDbNJGDcWlOXb8NbQNP5vJZtU6KbcsutcmIsgiXW8vULYxlELW&s=9rfYYvkcvq77Yo3z6_wLkWu32MmrAJi1lQomKcshc5o&e= >

Here's some additional useful info I coped from my informal invitation:

. To get your ID badge, complete the following steps. NOTE: A valid real-ID government-issued photo identification is required to enter the Fermilab site and to obtain a Fermilab badge. • Review what you need to do before and after you arrive at Fermilab, including training information and required documents, on the user access site at https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__get&d=DwIF-g&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=0VBdOvqL6z81ORln2nJUCLdQ71K5DZBpevuC59uaEF4&m=gxyVbs2JBKNYBYYDbNJGDcWlOXb8NbQNP5vJZtU6KbcsutcmIsgiXW8vULYxlELW&s=IENu3qEygM7fMb9ZgaPz0Nv7BPFVIGdaWdMwA3HMkSQ&e= connected.fnal.gov/users/access/.
