[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] eRD110 Fermilab beam test daily meetings

  Hello colleagues,

  as announced earlier, now that the commissioning phase is to a large extent over, and we are gradually switching to the actual measurements, we will be having daily meetings at 9am NY time, between now and Monday June 27th on this zoom link:

  Thanx to Sanghwa and Junqi, yesterday we swapped in the new L03c readout board, and took some data with the 120 GeV protons, both with the directly produced photons, and with the aspheric lens. 20um MCP pore LAPPD tile 126 is presently installed.

  The accelerator is supposed to be operational during the night shifts between now and Monday next week, and we are the main users.

  The team at Fermilab now is Sanghwa, Junqi and Ali, with Mark joining us for Wednesday-Thursday.

  The new full glass body LAPPD tile 136 with the 10um MCP pores was delivered to Fermilab today.

  We are going to collect and process single photon imaging data with the 120 GeV protons, aspheric lens as a radiator, currently installed 20um pore tile 126 and the L03c 4mm pixel size circular pattern (see attached, the top right quadrant), over night.

  The new 10um pore tile 136 will be installed tomorrow afternoon, once Mark arrives, and will be there till the end of this beam test campaign.

  An attempt to enhance the Planacon  signal amplitude will be made by the end of the week, by installing an additional radiator in front of the window.
