that capitalizes on all state-of-the-art technologies to mitigate all of 
the risks specified above."

at the end of the abstract do you want to add a sentence about radiation 
hardness of SiPMs?

Section 2:
first sentence: I would remove the word "low-cost". This is still 
speculation and no relation to other solutions is given.
