  We are going to review the status of LAPPD and SiPM activities and FY23 plans.

  If there are other contributions (like a separate one related to SiPMs for calorimetry) let me know.

  Be aware that - contrary to what is anticipated on the agenda - this first meeting in 2023 may run over 1h.
