[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] A draft of eRD110 presentation for the DAC meeting tomorrow

Hi Alexander,
sorry for my late answer. I see only one issue, which I think has been 
expressed in the past. Since the
HRPPDs were payed  using project PED money these devices can never be 
mentioned in context of an
R&D request. Any R&D effort can only be applied to R&D equipment.
