[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] A draft of eRD110 presentation for the DAC meeting tomorrow

Beni,

you are correct in what you say that we cannot mix R&D and PED money, but at the same time we want to report progress to the DAC.
Actually quite some of the talks had this problem the Barrel Ecal also is a mix. Maybe Alexander can make clear that the HRRPD effort is an PED one due to project rules.
