Dear EIC Speakers, Contributors and Team Members,
The Director's Review of the Accelerator Storage Rings (ASR) Subproject to Assess Baseline Readiness will take place this week, Wednesday, January 14th -Friday, January 16th. This review will take place at BNL, in the new Science & User Support Center (SUSC), Building 101, with a remote option via Zoom. All 20 committee members will attend in person. All EIC Speakers are expected to attend in person unless prior arrangements for remote participation have been made. All EIC Team Members are welcome to join remotely via Zoom.

Homework/Questions from the Review Committee will be sent out by the Project Director and coordinated by the Session POCs via email, typically after the review concludes on Day 1.

Dry Run for Answers to Questions tentative for 8:00amET, Room 123, SUSC.

Responses to Questions will start at 8:30amET, Room 123 SUSC.

Lunch on your own.

Closeout 1:00pmET, Room 123, SUSC (subject to change). An email will go out day of to confirm time.

Review Debrief for EIC Team will take place 2:00pmET, Room 123, SUSC and Zoom.
General Reminders
* Please review the final agenda (attached and posted) to familiarize yourselves with the schedule.
*
Arrive early each day to allow sufficient time to get situated and seated.
*
Layout of SUSC meeting/breakout rooms attached.
*
If you are bringing a laptop, please ensure it is fully charged and bring your power cable for charging. If you are not seated at a table with built-in charging, a mobile charger can be provided; however, compatibility with your device cannot be guaranteed.
*
Please do not ask questions yourself. Save those for later. If you are called upon to respond to a question or emailed a question and you don’t know the answer, seek help from others.
*
An Admin POC has been assigned to each room. Presentations will be preloaded on a presentation laptop. If there are technical issues, stay calm, someone is there to help 😊
*
EIC ITD will be on hand to assist with technology.
*
Remote Speakers are to share their own screen and use the attached EIC Zoom background. If any issues arise, the Admin POC will share screen for you.
* It is important we keep talks running on time. POCs, please be mindful of helping sessions to remain on schedule.

Please check your email regularly. There are often last-minute schedule changes or questions from the reviewers that will need to be communicated electronically. Please copy and/or direct any requests for documentation to Caitlin Hoffman and Kristine Schoefer for posting and tracking.
Dress Code
* Business attire is the requested dress. Traditional business attire may consist of a suit, tie, slacks, jacket, business shirt or dress, skirt and/or blouse, and dressier shoes.

Coffee, water, and refreshments will be provided on Day 1 and Day 2 for EIC in-person Speakers and Team.

Day 1 & Day 2 lunches will be hosted for the EIC in-person Speakers and Team
*
NO LUNCH provided for the EIC in-person Speakers and Team on Day 3.
