[Eicpp_personnel] [EXTERNAL] Preparing for EIC Practice Baseline

All,

As we prepare to set the practice baseline as of 1 August 2023, we need you all to work with project controls and carefully review all activities through 12/31/2024 to ensure they accurately represent your plan.  For activities between 10/1/2022 and 7/31/2023, if they are complete, make sure the finish date is prior to 8/1/2023.  If they are in-progress, let your analyst know how much budget you need to complete the task.  They will split the activity into two...one for the completed portion and a new one that starts 8/1/2023 through your estimated finish date.  If the activity has not yet started, give your analyst the new estimated start/finish dates.

We will be replacing the P6 budget with actual costs incurred through 7/31/2023.  Therefore, it is very important that you and your analyst update P6 to accurately for the work that has been done to date thru 7/31.

Please complete these updates by COB 8/15.
