[Eicpp_personnel] [EXTERNAL] Update on EIC Technical Design Review of the Accelerator & Other Important Dates

Dear EIC Project Team:

The dates for the EIC Technical Design Review of the Accelerator are confirmed for August 23-24, 2023 at BNL with a remote connection available. It will be a busy week with the Strong Hadron Cooling Review proceeding on August 21-22, 2023. A preparation schedule for the Strong Hadron Cooling Review will be communicated soon. The prep timeline for the EIC  Technical Design Review follows:

  *   July 31 8:30 a.m. - Deadline for first draft of presentations
  *   Week of July 31 - Page turns with EIC Management and others.
  *   August 6 midnight - Deadline for the next version of our talk to be posted on the SharePoint Prep Site.
  *   August 8 midnight - Deadline for Review documentation to be posted on the SharePoint Prep Site.
  *   Week of August 7 - Dry Runs
  *   August 9- All background material to be posted on the official review site and released for the reviewers
  *   August 14 - Dress Rehearsal for any speakers who need an additional dry run.
  *   August 15 at 5 pm ET - Deadline for your final presentations to be posted on the SharePoint Prep Site.
  *   August 16 - Presentations for Design Review to be posted and released to the review team (one week prior to the review)
