Attached please find for your review draft copies of the following 
documents associated with ES&H Manual Chapter 6132 Ladders and Scaffold 
, and a summary of the changes to each:

T3 Ladder Use on Scaffold or Elevated Platform -- This is new content.

T4 Scaffold Inspection Procedure -- Edited to incorporate a "Stoplight" 
color designation to the inspection process.

Associated T4 Checklist - Minor edits to reflect new procedure content

The Technical Point-of-Contact for these documents is Ned Walker, ESH&Q 
Industrial Safety; as such he played an integral role in the development 
of this material. Technical reviews were provided by (in alphabetical
