Hall A has pinpointed several relief valves on their 4K supply piping that are leaking and Hall staff is searching for replacements. If those leaks were to continue during cooldown it would be a big problem as the relief vavles would get iced over and likely leak much more. I am looking for information on the system volume and will attempt to quantify the Hall A leak rate from yesterday. Note this leak rate is not identical to leak rate that would be observed during normal operation because the system pressures and temperatures are different during steady state operation.


At present I'm charging the system to a higher pressure than the 1.3 atm than it ran overnight. 
The event at the end of the day yesterday with the Hall C pressure drop is yet to be explained, but Steve L and I are aboth looking into it.

Cyro said recovery system will be ready mid-afternoon so Halls B and C can resume 80K flow and Hall A can resume 300K circulation to keep clean.
