Tom,

As per conversations with you and Connie this am. I am not sure what 
happened.  The accrual should have been put in as per the email below 
because I was uncertain on the 29th when the invoice would be submitted and 
approved.  We did get the invoice at some point in house – not sure when it 
actually hit our inbox.  I suspect what happened is that the invoice hit, it 
was sent to the old SOTR – who departed JLab on 29 Aug – and in my absence 
over the July 4th week, I wasn’t paying attention.  We did end up figuring 
out the invoice needed to go to a new SOTR on 9 July (that evening when I 
was catching up on email from home at 9:45PM) after my return.  It was then 
approved by both the SOTR and myself on 11 July.  I guess we just missed 
closing.  To be honest, I didn’t think timing was an issue with closing on 
the invoice approval because I had submitted the accrual.  Let’s just chalk 
this up as a chain of events causing a hiccup as you put it – timing of 
invoice submittal, vacation, a SOTR resigning, etc.  I think everyone tried 
to do what is correct and this wasn’t missed out of negligence or ignorance 
but Gremlins…

Ted,

The $80K Coldbox accrual didn't get posted for June.  Was there a hiccup 
with ALANTUS or with our posting?
