All,

I will need to check with Matt when he returns on Tuesday. Connie was 
out on vacation.  At a glance, it appears we had the accrual, so we may 
have dropped the ball.  We usually have a check list, so I need to 
follow-up to see what happened.  My guess is the issue is on our end.  
Apologies up front.
