[Evpo] Accrual Form 18-C0415 June 2018 SC1R 2K CC

All,

Typical Matt.....he is checking his email while on vacation.

Matt missed the original accrual email, but did use our check list to
follow-up.  Apparently, Ted missed seeing that we didn't have it
recorded based on the email below.  Unfortunately, the cross-checks
process didn't work this go round which is rare.  It just got missed.
One big apology to the Program.

Hi Matt,

No worries.  The answer is no accruals on any that you mention.  If I
don’t submit accruals there are none.  I just forgot to send the
negative email as I was too busy taking care of the ones we needed to.

Hey Ted,

Sorry to bug....but I received the accruals you sent out, but had a
question on a few others....

Linde - 18-C0761 shows line 2 as a pre-fab meeting due 6/26/2018....if
it was delayed...no issue, but if it occurred on schedule, we should
accrue for it....

Nomura Plating - 16-C1244 shows PO lines 23 & 24 as due in June (PrCm
Bellows Plating and QC & 10 Short Bellows - Plating and QC).   Same
question, if delayed, no problem if not, do we need to accrue?

Seconductor Process... - 18-C0191...Horizontal Electropolish Machine had
factory acceptance Test and approval in June.... Same question, if
delayed...no problem...if not, do we need to accrue?

Air Liquide - 16-0737 - No Accrual Confirmation

Air LIquide - 18-C0415 - No Accrual Confirmation

Chart Energy & Chemicals - 18-D0451 - No Accrual Confirmation

PHPK (Kendall Holdings) - 17-C0631 - No Accrual Confirmation

Thank you!!!
