[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals

Hi Ed,

The two (2) POs you have outlined are regular POs - not Subcontract POs.  They would
not be on the Subcontract PO spreadsheet so no accrual is needed for them.

Matt: I'm confused (and possibly senile!), is this the same thing as what you've been emailing about?

Connie: Shoreline industries has been working on two projects for me: PO 19A0442013-0, "Water Main Restraint" and PO
20-D0488-0, "Hall A Gas Shed Extension", that will bill for work in June but do not appear on the spreadsheet. Should I add them?

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through June 30, 2020. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
