 Submittals were requested by COB Today October 21, 2025. It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Thursday, October 23, 2025.

 Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through October 24,2025 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
