[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] tunnel drawings

Attached are the general tunnel section drawing I previously sent and the drawings of the four corners of CEBAF.   Since these are the original construction drawings they don't show the ramp up to Hall D in the NE, just the stub we added to.  There's a similar stub at the SE, to which I wanted to connect the 1.2 GeV racetrack.  

The more I think about it, the more I think that increasing the linac gain to 1200 MeV, retaining four electromagnetic passes (shifting all magnets up one notch) and running one FFA five passes from ~10.2 GeV to ~22 GeV is a lot more likely to fit than two FFAs.  I have a plan for linac gain, which is of course meeting resistance.   

I also have the BSY drawings, but since I'm responsible for the hall lines I don't attach those five.
