Hall A Meeting Feb 19, 2013 
 
Engineering (Robin) 
- Main work is on SBS magnet config and counterweights. 
   Waiting for Brookhaven to declare excess material, 
   then can arrange shipping 
- Purchasing for DVCS and GMp and a few drawings still 
   need signature 
- Also working on Compton, PREX-II, SoLID, and detectors 
   for SBS and HRS. 
 
Work Coordinator (Ed) -- work continues, no news 
 
Safety (Burt) - reminds users to check with Work Coord. 
before working in the hall and keep trainings up to date. 
 
We had 2 presentations : 
 
Mary Jo Bailey on "MARTHA", an online tool for writing task 
lists (JLab Lists) and identifying hazards, providing easy 
access to the ES&H Manual.  Her presentation is available 
on the ES&H pages. 
 
Jixie Zhang -- gave an update on the spectrometer optics 
calibrations for g2p/GEp.
