Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting: November 7, 2017

1. Thia Keppel
   a. No Senior Staff meeting this week
   b. Thank you for completing self-assessments

2. Dave Meekings
   a. Tritium cell will be here next Monday night
     i. Unpacking Tuesday – hall will be locked
   b. Will go directly to hall
   c. Make sure all training is up to date, you will not be able to access the hall without it

3. Robin Wines
   a. SBS
     i. Started assembly test of shielded beamline pieces
     ii. Continue on assembly drawing checking
     iii. Continue on ECal drawings
   b. PREX2/CREX
     i. Continue on collimator
     ii. Vacuum chambers and shielding
   c. APEX
     i. Reviewing shielding needs
   d. Tritium
     i. Reviewing quad magnetic field shielding needs

4. Jessie Butler
   a. Crane is fixed , slow but usable
   b. Taking final look at the vacuum systems before pumping down
     i. Goal is to start pumping down near the end of the week
   c. Continued test fitting the SBS exit beamline
   d. Modifying some of the parts so the beamline can be assembled easier
   e. Helped make an O-ring for the front flange of the target chamber
   f. Working with engineers and designers at the possibility of making cross bar section for the HCal 
      sub-assemblies
