2.Robin Wimes

a.SBS

i.Working on assemblies for beamline #2 & #4, tower & extension assembly

ii.Reviewed HCal platform and support with Gregg revising design

iii.BB detector frame engineering analysis

b.APEX

i.Corrector coils awarded

c.PREX/CREX

i.Septum coil out for bid

ii.Adding skyshine shielding to overall model to determine support required

iii.Brazing defined for collimator – work order to fabricate collimator 
in shop

d.Tritium

i.Material for sieves is here

3.Jessie Butler

a.Writing the procedures needed for Tritium experiment

b.Updated drawings for the distribution can as well making drawings for 
the newly installed mass flow controllers

c.Wrote a procedure for changing out valves on the distribut5ion can and 
Q2 during Tritium

d.Spent time streamlining the equipment on the vacuum system

e.Removed several pumps and monitored vacuum to see if pumps are still 
required and what size is optimum

f.Wrote Tritium procedure for removing and installing stand on pivot

g.Worked on assembling and calibrating some spare valves

h.Finished connecting all the power leads to the LQ1 power supply and 
now awaiting parts to connect LCW

i.Finished the installation of the mass flow meters on the dipole

j.Tritium alarm button is operational, please don’t play with it

4.Dave Meekins

a.Needs paperwork from Doug (COO, ESAD, ERG,….)

b.SRS to send tritium cell mid October

c.Tritium training coming ~10/1
