2.      Supposed to inform staff, total time reporting meeting dates are in there, there are a couple left....check them out

                                                          ix.      Accelerator.....Friday beam is "wishful thinking", still touch & go with energy gradient

                                                            x.      CEBAF Center Renovation (~$60M) to start next year

1.      No cubicles for Physics staff

a.       PREX2/CREX

                                                              i.      Concrete shielding in procurement

                                                            ii.      Sieve, sieve holder and sieve remote motion device in shop for fabrication

                                                          iii.      Ordering material for Q1 sieves

                                                          iv.      Ordering bellows for downstream of gate valve

                                                            v.      Jessie ordering gate valve

                                                          vi.      Completing drawing of target support plates

                                                        vii.      Plastic shielding in shop to be modified

b.      SBS

                                                              i.      Working on CDet support and modifications

                                                            ii.      Putting drawings together to order vertical beam line supports

                                                          iii.      Working on drawings for BB electronics frame

c.       MOLLER

                                                              i.      Supporting efforts for shielding costs and magnet design

d.      SoLID

                                                              i.      Reviewing gas system plans



3.      Jessie Butler

a.       Continue working on APEX installation

b.      Spent most of the week doing final checks throughout the hall in preparation for beam

c.       Started on final hall clean up by moving unnecessary equipment out of the hall & into Physics Storage & building 98

d.      Completed final checks of the vacuum & cryo system

e.       Installed radiation boundary fence

f.        Repaired a LCW leak on APEX septum

g.      Installed LWC line on APEX power supply

h.      Worked with Silviu to adjust 2 positioning switches on target ladder

i.        Helped Ethan with cooling down Moller polarimetry solenoid
