        *   Appraisal cycle, Physics ~1/3 completed
        *   Working on experiment schedule for 2021/2022, don’t know run weeks yet though
        *   Budget: NP Flat, will be some problem for us
           *   EIC constrained to $30M, $43M requested
        *   Accelerator
           *   Fast track for energy gradient restoration
           *   Don’t have enough $$ for spare cryomodule
        *   MOLLER & Engineering had a productive meeting
           *   Press release out today
        *   CST large error rate issue with tapes, effects Hall D
        *   COVID ramping up in area
        *   Electrical safety training available this week

  2.  Jessie Butler
     *   Continue 2MVA upgrade – FML Postponed until next year
     *   Measure snout bellows and process lines for RHRS in preparation for cutting
     *   Began working on relocating electrical equipment where the spectrometer will be parked  - FML conducted site visit
     *   Began removing RHRS transfer line
     *   Ordered gauges for pressure test fixturing for LCW and target chamber window pressure test.
     *   Cleared area in front of electrical boxes on right side of truck ramp
     *   Removed exit beam line turbo and instrumentation
     *   Removed exit beamline valve and air manifold
     *   Cut exit beam line for modification
     *   Started final cleanup of Hall ahead of holiday shutdown.
     *   Submitted work order for electricians remove outlets from exit beamline girder
     *   Removed old wires from under exit beamline
     *   Order pressure regulator or rebuild kit for LCW to arms
     *   Install detectors in LHRS with Jack
