[Halla_parity] PREX status

We are now sweeping Hall A in preparation for beam delivery. The day was
spent on four issues: target vacuum, fire suppression system problem, left
dipole PS problem, right dipole NMR problem. The former two were repaired
successfully enough to take beam. The dipole problems have not been
resolved, so we cannot use the spectrometers tonight. We will be tuning
Compton and doing Kent's oversampling test plans tonight. These should not
take all night, so we probably will not be able to use beam much beyond
early owl shift. We open the hall again at 8:00 to resume work on the
dipoles.
