counting house running for DVCS.

I don't know what power feed is used for adaqfs on the second floor of
the counting house. That machine did go down along with all others
plugged into "emergency power" recently, so it looks like it is on that
line, which is good (assuming generator power materializes). adaqfs is
required for DAQ operations (home directories, name server etc). In the
worst case (no emergency power available upstairs), we could move that
machine to the computer room downstairs and run it off the emergency
power - it's an easy job.
